Adrenaline Rush Activity
A simple way to trigger adrenaline rush is to have a mindset to take risk. The ingredients that create adrenaline rush are uncertainty and thrill. Adventure sports or extreme sports have always been associated with adrenaline rush. Nevertheless different people get their rush of adrenaline from various activities. For some the state of success could be a reason for adrenaline rush, for others the realization that someone loves, and for a few it’s the completion of a difficult project. My sister is a fashion designer, for one of her important shows she ordered some designer jewellery, which she thought would be late for the show. But when she saw the jewelry reach in time she had an adrenaline rush.
For some it’s the extreme sports that give an adrenaline rush. Some of the extreme adrenaline activities are skydiving, paragliding, cliff jumping, downhill skiing and bungee jumping. Let’s look at them in details.
Skydiving: It is considered as extreme adrenaline activities. Falling free from great heights will surely give you the desired adrenaline rush. It is the mid-air adventure sports.
Paragliding: This is considered to be a safer adventure sport. The thrill of flying over mountains and landscapes can give an excellent adrenaline rush.
Cliff jumping: This is similar to skydiving however the difference is the height that one jumps from is less than that of the skydiving. However the feeling of thrill one gets while entering the water followed by a jump is fabulous.
Downhill skiing: This involves skiing with the help of planks and poles. The speed while sliding down a snow clad mountain slope creates a tremendous adrenaline rush.
